- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Called this facility to schedule an emergency tooth removal and first and foremost - The lady was very rude, then I was told "Even though your insurance pays 100%, you have to have a deposit, IF your insurance pays all of the bill, then we would reimburse you". WTH.... If my insurance states it will pay it all and they accept my insurance WHY should I have to pay anything! They wouldn't even allow me to send them a picture of my insurance card for them to contact the insurance company without a consult (which of course they will charge you for) "I have to schedule a consult, then after the consult they get with the insurance and discuss the cost THEN they schedule you for the surgery like 6 weeks LATER. THEN you don't have to come up with the money up front. Whatever :( ALSO, how long would it take to get that money back from them? 6 weeks? 8 weeks? or longer... That is a crock of bull.
